Fellow members,
Soon you should receive an emailed survey asking for your thoughts about all aspects of our country club’s operations. It has been several years since a more comprehensive survey was issued to our membership. It is very important to get your feedback. We have some good anecdotal information, but this is our attempt to hear from a majority of our membership and to use that information to help shape our plans for the future of Fawn Lake Country Club. The replies are all anonymous and the survey process, including the tabulation of results, is entirely handled by a third-party survey company, Club Benchmarking.
We are sending this comprehensive survey to both primary members and any spouses/partners with emails on file. As we move forward, we plan to take a regular pulse check of how we are doing and how we can improve. At the general meeting in November, we will review the results of the survey along with our work to create a strategic vision for the club.
We will need a good response to the survey for it to be useful. This survey will be open for just 2 weeks. Please be on the lookout for it! If you don’t get a survey and think you should, please let us know at [email protected].
